What is a Premium or Economy Unit?

To better suit your needs and budget, we offer tiered pricing at our facility: Economy, Standard, and Premium. While the size and security of your unit stay consistent, the location and convenience of access can vary by tier.
  • Economy Units are our most budget-friendly option. These units may be located farther from building entrances, have less direct vehicle access, or be positioned in areas with narrower drive aisles. They offer the same great storage space at a lower price, ideal for those who don’t need frequent access.
  • Standard Units strike a balance between convenience and cost. These units typically offer reasonable access and are located in central areas of the facility—not too far from entrances, but not in premium spots either. They’re a great middle-ground option for most storage needs.
  • Premium Units are all about convenience. These units are typically located near main entrances, close to loading doors, or along wide drive aisles for easier parking and loading. If quick, easy access matters to you, Premium is the way to go.

Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?

There is no down payment or deposit required.  Setting up a reservation is free of charge.  At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.

How does the special work?

We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in.  Our specials start in the second month and run for the applicable duration.   After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.

When am I able to access my storage unit?

Our gate hours are 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, 7 days a week.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online with ease using our tenant portal. To make things even easier, consider setting up auto payments when you rent with us, so you never have to worry about missing a payment!

What size do I need?

Are my belongings safe at your facility?

Your belongings will always be safe at our facility. We take extra security measures to ensure that all of your items will be kept in the best condition. There are several security cameras surrounding the facility, we’re fenced, gated and only tenants have access to their storage units using their personal passcode.

Do you have boxes and moving supplies available for purchase?

We sure do. Purchase boxes, both small and large, bubble wrap, moving kits, dish packs, newsprint and wardrobe boxes. If you’re not sure what you need give us a call and we can help you out.

What types of vehicle parking spaces are offered?

There are a limited number of parking spaces available for RVs, trailers, boats and cars. Be sure to check our unit prices page or give us a call to see availability!
